RGT Software Ltd expects its business activity, supplier relationships, public website content and app distribution processes to be handled honestly and transparently.

Anti-bribery position

RGT Software Ltd does not tolerate bribery, facilitation payments, improper inducements or corrupt business practices. The company should not offer, request or accept anything of value intended to improperly influence a business decision, public decision, review outcome, procurement process or App Store process.

Gifts and hospitality

Any gifts, hospitality or promotional benefits connected to RGT Software Ltd should be modest, lawful, transparent and never linked to improper influence. Anything that could create a conflict of interest should be refused or recorded and reviewed.

Suppliers and partners

RGT Software Ltd should use reputable suppliers and service providers whose practices are compatible with lawful, transparent business. Where a supplier or partner creates a credible compliance concern, the relationship should be reviewed before further work continues.

App Store and public claims

RGT Software Ltd should keep App Store metadata, website pages, marketing material and support content accurate. Public claims should describe current app behaviour, not unapproved roadmap items or unsupported outcomes.
