Modern Slavery and Supply Chain Statement

A voluntary responsible-business statement for RGT Software Ltd.

Modern Slavery and Supply Chain Statement

RGT Software Ltd publishes this page as a voluntary responsible-business statement. It should not be read as a statutory modern slavery statement unless RGT Software Ltd becomes legally required to publish one.

Business and supply chain

RGT Software Ltd builds and publishes software for Apple platforms. The company's public software distribution currently depends on the Apple App Store, Apple platform services, website hosting and ordinary software-development services. RGT Software Ltd does not operate a manufacturing supply chain for physical goods.

Commitment

RGT Software Ltd does not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced labour, human trafficking or exploitative labour practices in its business or supply chain.

Supplier expectations

  • Use reputable suppliers for software, hosting, distribution and professional services.
  • Avoid suppliers where credible concerns about forced labour, trafficking, sanctions or serious misconduct are identified.
  • Review supplier relationships when public information, product changes or business needs create a new risk.

Risk assessment

The current public website and app portfolio create a low direct modern-slavery risk because they are digital products distributed through established platform channels. RGT Software Ltd should reassess this page before entering higher-risk supply chains, paid production services, physical merchandise, outsourced labour arrangements or international fulfilment.

Reporting concerns

Concerns can be sent to support@RGTSoftware.com with "Supply Chain Concern" in the subject line.
