Security and Responsible Disclosure

How to report security concerns affecting the public website or RGT Software Ltd apps.

Security and Responsible Disclosure

RGT Software Ltd wants security concerns affecting its public website, apps or support material to be reported responsibly so they can be reviewed and fixed where appropriate.

How to report a concern

Email support@RGTSoftware.com with "Security" in the subject line. Include the affected app or URL, a clear description, reproduction steps if safe to provide, and any screenshots or logs that do not expose another person's data.

Responsible testing

  • Do not access, change, delete or export data that does not belong to you.
  • Do not perform denial-of-service testing, spam, social engineering, physical attacks or attempts to compromise third-party platforms.
  • Do not publish details of an unresolved issue before RGT Software Ltd has had a reasonable opportunity to review it.
  • Stop testing and report promptly if you encounter personal data, private content or anything that could affect another user.

Scope

Relevant reports include issues affecting the RGT Software Ltd public website, public app support pages, app privacy pages, app terms pages and publicly released RGT Software Ltd apps. Apple App Store, iCloud, CloudKit, device operating systems and third-party services are governed by their own reporting channels.

No bug bounty

RGT Software Ltd does not currently operate a paid bug bounty programme. Submitting a report does not create any entitlement to payment, employment, contract work or public recognition.
