Overview
CellarKeep is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how CellarKeep handles information when you create cellar spaces, storage locations, bottle records, notes, photos and exports.
Information you enter into the app
CellarKeep may process cellar names, storage locations, bottle details, quantities, drink windows, notes, tags, bottle photos and local activity history that you choose to enter.
On-device storage
CellarKeep stores the cellar archive locally on your device in this version. It does not require a RGT Software Ltd account and does not use a RGT Software Ltd hosted cellar database.
CSV and PDF export
When you export or share a CSV or PDF, the information included in that file is sent or saved using the destination you select. RGT Software Ltd does not control third-party services or recipients you choose to share files with.
Photos
If you add bottle photos, the selected image data is stored with your local CellarKeep archive. Photo selection uses Apple system controls.
Analytics, tracking and ads
CellarKeep is not designed to sell personal information, show ads, track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, or use a social wine profile.
Support emails
If you contact support, your email address and the information you include in your message will be used to respond to your enquiry.
Data deletion
You can delete bottle records in the app where deletion controls are available, reset the local archive, export records before removal, or remove the app from your device. Support emails can be deleted on request, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

This CellarKeep privacy policy provides app-specific information. The general RGT Software Ltd Privacy Policy also applies unless this app-specific policy says otherwise.
