Overview
ClaimBook Home is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how ClaimBook Home handles information when you create a local home inventory, add evidence, prepare incident dossiers, and export PDF or CSV files.
Information you enter into the app
ClaimBook Home may process home names, room names, item names, categories, brand and model details, serial numbers, purchase or replacement values, warranty dates, notes, incident dossier titles, selected rooms and items, and other information you choose to enter.
Photos, receipts, and documents
You may add photos, receipts, documents, and related evidence to inventory items. These files are stored as app data on your device in the current build unless you choose to export or share them through Apple system share destinations.
Local storage
ClaimBook Home is designed to store app records locally on your device in the current build. No RGT Software Ltd account is required. RGT Software Ltd does not operate a ClaimBook Home cloud account service for your inventory records.
Exports and sharing
When you create a dossier, ClaimBook Home can generate PDF and CSV files from the records you select. If you choose to share exported files, the destination is controlled by you through Apple system share options and any share extensions available on your device.
Purchases
ClaimBook Home may offer paid features through the App Store. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, and renewal settings are processed by Apple. The app may store entitlement status on your device so purchased features remain available.
Analytics, tracking, ads, and AI
ClaimBook Home uses inventory records to provide room-by-room documentation, evidence attachments, export summaries and support workflows. RGT Software Ltd does not sell your personal information.
Support emails
If you contact support, your email address and the information you include in your message will be used to respond to your enquiry.
Data deletion
You can edit or delete records and attachments in the app where deletion controls are available, or remove the app from your device to remove local app data. Support emails can be deleted on request, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
RGT Software Ltd Privacy Policy
This ClaimBook Home privacy policy provides app-specific information. The general RGT Software Ltd Privacy Policy also applies unless this app-specific policy says otherwise.
