Overview
Contractor Handover Pro is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how Contractor Handover Pro handles information when you create handover projects, photos, equipment schedules, test results, checklists, documents, signatures, company details and PDF handover packs.
Information you enter into the app
The app lets you enter project details, client and site information, job references, scope notes, recommendations, maintenance notes, areas, photos, installed equipment, commissioning or verification test results, checklist items, imported document files, signer names, signer roles, signatures, company profile details and company logos. This information is created by you and used to provide the app's handover and reporting features.
Local-first storage and optional iCloud sync
Contractor Handover Pro stores app data locally on your device by default. Subscribers can enable iCloud Backup & Sync to keep recoverable copies of supported handover data in their private Apple iCloud account. RGT Software Ltd does not operate a custom hosted account service or server-side handover database for this app.
Photos, documents and signatures
When you add photos, logos, documents or signatures, the app stores those items as part of your handover data so they can appear in project screens and generated PDFs. These items may sync through your private Apple iCloud account when iCloud Backup & Sync is enabled. The app does not use your photos, documents or signatures for advertising or profiling.
PDF reports and sharing
Contractor Handover Pro can generate PDF handover packs from the data you choose to include. When you share, email, print or export a PDF, the information in that PDF is sent or saved using the destination you select. RGT Software Ltd does not control third-party services or recipients you choose to share reports with.
Purchases
Contractor Handover Pro may offer App Store subscriptions to unlock subscriber features. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app may store purchase entitlement status on your device so subscriber features remain available between launches.
Analytics and tracking
Contractor Handover Pro does not sell your personal information. The app is not designed to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. If analytics, crash reporting or tracking behaviour changes in a future version, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated.
Support emails
If you contact RGT Software Ltd for support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use support correspondence only to respond to your enquiry and improve support.
Data deletion
You can delete projects and related app data inside Contractor Handover Pro where the app provides deletion controls. If iCloud Backup & Sync is enabled, synced data may also be managed through Apple iCloud settings. You can delete exported files from their chosen destinations or remove the app from your device. If you emailed support, you can request deletion of support correspondence by contacting support@RGTSoftware.com.
Children's privacy
Contractor Handover Pro is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy
