Overview
Detail Ledger is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how Detail Ledger handles information when you create vehicle records, estimates, detailing jobs, condition notes, photos, package templates, follow-up reminders, business profile details, backups, handover PDFs and app settings.
Information you enter into the app
Detail Ledger may process vehicle labels, registrations, optional VINs, make, model, colour, customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, estimate details, job notes, service package details, checklist items, condition notes, selected photos, follow-up dates, typed sign-off names, business name, business address, business email, business phone number, optional business logo, generated PDF output and local backup files you choose to export or import.
On-device storage
Detail Ledger stores app records on your device by default. RGT Software Ltd does not operate a Detail Ledger cloud account service for the core app workflow.
Photos
Photos are selected by you through Apple system photo controls. Detail Ledger uses selected photos for your local job record and handover PDFs. RGT Software Ltd does not receive those photos unless you choose to send them to support or share them through another destination.
Exports and sharing
When you export or share a PDF or backup file, the information included in that file is sent or saved using the destination you select. RGT Software Ltd does not control third-party services or recipients you choose to share files with.
Backup import and deletion
Backup files are selected by you through Apple system document controls. Detail Ledger reviews supported backup contents before import and keeps existing matching records unchanged. You can delete local app records in Settings where the app provides the delete-all-data control, or remove the app from your device.
Purchases
Detail Ledger Pro uses App Store-managed subscriptions. Purchases, refunds and subscription management are processed by Apple. The app may store entitlement status on your device so Pro features remain available.
Analytics, tracking and ads
Detail Ledger is not designed to sell personal information, show third-party advertising, or track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Support emails
If you contact support, your email address and the information you include in your message will be used to respond to your enquiry.
Data deletion
You can delete vehicles, jobs, photos, estimates, reminders, package templates, business details and other local app records in the app where deletion controls are available, delete exported files from their saved destinations, or remove the app from your device. Support emails can be deleted on request, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

This Detail Ledger privacy policy provides app-specific information. The general RGT Software Ltd Privacy Policy also applies unless this app-specific policy says otherwise.
