Overview
GoldenPlan: Sun & Golden Hour is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how the app handles information when you plan natural light, compare dates, estimate shadows, save plans and use optional Full Access features.
Information you choose to add
GoldenPlan may process plan names, saved places, map positions, selected dates and times, notes, object heights, reminder choices, planning preferences, optional business details and other information you choose to enter or save.
Location and maps
GoldenPlan may use your device location when you choose a current-location feature. Location permission is optional. You can search for a place or drop a manual pin without it. Map display and place search may use Apple platform services, which are governed by Apple's terms and privacy practices.
Selected photos
With Full Access, you can select reference photos for a plan through Apple's photo picker. GoldenPlan stores the photos you select with the plan so they can appear in the app or an export. The app does not need access to your whole photo library for this workflow.
On-device storage, widget and reminders
GoldenPlan stores working data on your device first. The small Home Screen widget receives a limited copy of the saved plan you choose so it can show the next useful light event. Device-local reminder details are used to schedule the alert you request. Notification permission is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings.
Calendar events
When you choose the Calendar action, GoldenPlan prepares event details and opens Apple's Calendar sheet. The event is added only after you confirm it there. Calendar data is then managed by Apple and the Calendar accounts configured on your device.
Private iCloud continuity
With Full Access, supported saved places, plans, notes, business details and selected reference photos may continue through your private Apple iCloud account when iCloud is available and enabled. RGT Software Ltd does not operate a separate GoldenPlan account or plan-storage service.
Exports and shared copies
PDF and image summaries are created from the plan details you choose to include. The iOS share sheet controls where the file goes. A copy saved or sent outside GoldenPlan is managed by the destination app or service and is not removed when you delete the plan inside GoldenPlan.
Purchases
GoldenPlan offers optional Full Access subscriptions. Apple processes purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund and billing information through your Apple Account and App Store purchase history. RGT Software Ltd does not receive your full payment-card details.
Support
If you contact support, RGT Software Ltd uses your email address and the information you include to respond. Avoid sending private client notes, precise locations or photos unless they are needed to explain the problem.
Deleting information
Use the in-app controls to delete saved plans and their attached information. You can remove the app to delete its local app data. Private iCloud copies, device backups, Calendar events, notifications and files already shared outside the app are controlled through the relevant Apple setting or destination app. Support emails can be deleted on request, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
