Overview
GoldenPlan PRO is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how GoldenPlan PRO handles information when you plan outdoor light, sun direction and shadows, save the included free plan, use Full Access features, and manage app settings.
Information you enter into the app
GoldenPlan PRO may process plan names, saved places, selected dates and times, notes, map positions, compass orientation, planning preferences and other information you choose to enter or save.
Location and maps
GoldenPlan PRO may use your device location when you choose current-location features. You can control location permission in iOS Settings. Map display and geocoding features may use Apple platform services, which are governed by Apple's terms and privacy practices.
Compass-style guidance
GoldenPlan PRO shows compass-style guidance from the place, date, time and calculated sun direction in the app. It does not need a separate RGT Software Ltd sensor account or service.
On-device storage and iCloud sync
GoldenPlan PRO is designed to store app data locally on your device first. The free version saves on your device. With Full Access, if iCloud is available and enabled, supported saved places, plans, notes, business details and selected reference images may sync through your own Apple iCloud account. RGT Software Ltd does not operate a separate GoldenPlan cloud account service.
Reference images and exports
With Full Access, when you add a selected reference image to a plan, GoldenPlan PRO stores that image with the plan so it can appear in the app or in an exported summary. Generated PDF or image summaries are created from the plan details you choose to save and share.
Purchases
GoldenPlan PRO is available as a free App Store download with optional GoldenPlan PRO Full Access monthly and annual subscriptions. Purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund and billing information is processed by Apple through your Apple Account and App Store purchase history.
Apple services and support
The current app experience uses Apple platform services for maps, optional location permission, Full Access iCloud continuity when available, StoreKit/App Store subscriptions and user-selected sharing. If you contact support, RGT Software Ltd uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiry.
Support emails
If you contact support, your email address and the information you include in your message will be used to respond to your enquiry.
Data deletion
Free users can reopen the included saved plan. Full Access users can manage saved plans, reference images and app data using in-app controls. You can also disable iCloud sync through Apple settings or remove the app from your device. Support emails can be deleted on request, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

This GoldenPlan PRO privacy policy provides app-specific information. The general RGT Software Ltd Privacy Policy also applies unless this app-specific policy says otherwise.
