Overview
Pane Planner is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how Pane Planner handles information when you create rounds, customer records, visit history, proof photos, invoices, CSV exports and app settings.
Information you enter into the app
Pane Planner may process customer or property names, contact numbers, addresses, access notes, service notes, visit status, visit notes, prices or amounts you enter, due dates, repeat intervals, proof photos you choose, business details, payment-instruction text for invoices, and generated PDF or CSV output.
On-device storage
Pane Planner stores app records on your device by default. Optional private iCloud sync can mirror supported data through your own Apple iCloud account and is handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy practices. RGT Software Ltd does not operate a Pane Planner cloud account service.
Route tools and Apple Maps
When you use route tools, Pane Planner may send relevant customer addresses or your business start address to Apple Maps, geocoding or routing services to locate stops, estimate travel time, open pins or start navigation. RGT Software Ltd does not receive those addresses through this feature and does not operate a mapping service.
Proof photos and exports
If you choose proof photos, the selected images are stored as part of Pane Planner records on your device. When you export or share a PDF or CSV file, the information included in that file is sent or saved using the destination you select. RGT Software Ltd does not control third-party services or recipients you choose to share files with.
Purchases
Pane Planner offers Pane Planner Pro as monthly and annual App Store subscriptions. Purchases, refunds and subscription management are processed by Apple. The app may store entitlement status on your device so Pro features remain available.
Analytics, tracking and ads
Pane Planner is not designed to sell personal information, show third-party advertising, or track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Support emails
If you contact support, your email address and the information you include in your message will be used to respond to your enquiry.
Data deletion
You can delete customer records in the app where deletion controls are available, delete exported files from their saved destinations, or remove the app from your device. Support emails can be deleted on request, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

This Pane Planner privacy policy provides app-specific information. The general RGT Software Ltd Privacy Policy also applies unless this app-specific policy says otherwise.
