Overview
ReleaseBook is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how ReleaseBook handles information when you create projects, capture release records, add reference photos, record signatures, and export PDF files.
Information you enter into the app
ReleaseBook may process project names, shoot dates, locations, notes, release type, signer names, contact details, address or identifying notes, witness details, guardian details for minor releases, typed sign-off, signature images, release wording, reference photos, and other information you choose to enter.
Photos, signatures, and release records
You may add selected photos or camera captures as reference material. You may also add drawn or typed signatures. These records are stored as app data on your device in the current build unless you choose to export or share them through Apple system share destinations.
Local storage
ReleaseBook is designed to store app records locally on your device in the current build. No RGT Software Ltd account is required. RGT Software Ltd does not operate a ReleaseBook cloud account service for your release records.
Exports and sharing
When you export a release or project pack, ReleaseBook can generate PDF files from the records you select. If you choose to share exported files, the destination is controlled by you through Apple system share options and any share extensions available on your device.
Purchases
App purchases, refunds, and availability processes are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Analytics, tracking, ads, and AI
ReleaseBook uses release records to provide organized consent documentation, editable templates, export summaries and support workflows. RGT Software Ltd does not sell your personal information.
Support emails
If you contact support, your email address and the information you include in your message will be used to respond to your enquiry.
Data deletion
You can edit or delete projects, release records, photos, and signatures in the app where deletion controls are available, or remove the app from your device to remove local app data. Support emails can be deleted on request, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

This ReleaseBook privacy policy provides app-specific information. The general RGT Software Ltd Privacy Policy also applies unless this app-specific policy says otherwise.
