Overview
Simply Focus is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how the app handles information when you choose a duration and run a Screen Time focus session.
Data collection and tracking
Simply Focus declares no collected data, does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and has no tracking domains. The app does not require an RGT Software Ltd account or sign-up.
Information stored on your device
The app stores your standing acknowledgement in local preferences. While a session is active, its duration and timing state are stored in the app's shared local App Group so the app and its Device Activity monitor can reconcile the session. The saved active-session state is cleared when the session ends or is stopped.
Screen Time permission
Simply Focus requests Apple's individual Screen Time authorization to apply app and website category shielding. Screen Time is an Apple platform service. Some system apps and exceptions may remain available. Simply Focus does not collect or replay notifications that may not appear while shielding is active.
Analytics and advertising
Simply Focus does not include an analytics or advertising service and is not designed to profile your activity.
Support emails
If you contact RGT Software Ltd for support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use support correspondence to respond to your enquiry and improve support.
Data deletion
Active-session state is cleared when a session ends or is stopped. Removing Simply Focus from your iPhone removes its locally stored app data, subject to standard Apple platform behaviour.

Changes to this policy
RGT Software Ltd may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
