Use of the app
Simply Focus is provided by RGT Software Ltd to help you create a visible boundary for revision, work or personal time. You choose a duration and start a focus session when you are ready.
System controls
Simply Focus relies on Apple-provided system controls. If those controls are unavailable or disabled, the intended app and website category limits may not apply.
System limitations
Simply Focus does not guarantee absolute phone-wide blocking. Some system apps, Apple services and platform exceptions may remain available. Notification alerts may not appear during a session, and Simply Focus does not collect or replay them.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for choosing a suitable focus duration, stopping a session when access is needed, and checking Notification Centre after a session. Do not rely on Simply Focus for emergency, safety-critical or legally required availability.
Availability
RGT Software Ltd aims to keep Simply Focus reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, underlying system-service availability or compatibility with every device configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of Simply Focus. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
