Overview
Sitting Circle is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how Sitting Circle handles information when you create or join trusted babysitting groups, manage requests, bookings and token balances, and coordinate with other members.
Information you enter into the app
Sitting Circle may process display names, group names, invitations, request details, booking details, token balances, activity records and notes you choose to enter, and other information needed to coordinate a private group.
Private groups
Sitting Circle is intended for invite-only groups between people who already know and trust each other. Information you add to a group may be visible to other members of that group according to the app's sharing model.
Storage and sync
Sitting Circle stores app data on your device and uses Apple platform services, including iCloud or CloudKit where supported, so group and booking data can be available across your iPhone and iPad apps or shared with approved group members. Apple handles iCloud data under Apple's terms and privacy practices.
Notifications
If notifications are available and enabled, Sitting Circle may use Apple notification services to alert you about requests, responses, bookings or group activity. You can manage notification permissions in device settings.
Payments
Sitting Circle is designed for a paid-upfront App Store App Bundle that includes the iPhone app and native iPad companion. The app uses fixed tokens for trusted groups, but does not process babysitting payments, sell tokens, or include subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Analytics, tracking and ads
Sitting Circle is not designed to sell personal information or track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Support emails
If you contact support, your email address and the information you include in your message will be used to respond to your enquiry.
Data deletion
You can delete app data using in-app controls where available, leave groups where supported, or remove the app from your device. Support emails can be deleted on request, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
