Overview
SnagBoard is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how SnagBoard handles information when you use the app to create property inspection projects, rooms, issues, photos, company details and PDF reports.
Information you enter into the app
SnagBoard lets you enter project details, room names, issue descriptions, priorities, statuses, photos, annotations, company details and logos. This information is created by you and is used to provide the app’s inspection and report features.
Storage and iCloud sync
SnagBoard stores app data on your device. If iCloud is enabled on your device and available for the app, SnagBoard may sync supported data using Apple iCloud/CloudKit so your data can be available across your Apple devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Project information, room details, issue notes, priorities, photos, annotations, company details, logos, and generated reports may be stored in Apple CloudKit/iCloud services when synchronization is enabled. iCloud data is handled by Apple under Apple’s iCloud terms and privacy practices.
Photos and media
When you add photos or logos to SnagBoard, the app stores those images as part of your inspection data so they can appear in projects and PDF reports. The app does not use your photos for advertising or profiling.
PDF reports and sharing
SnagBoard can generate PDF reports from the data you choose to include. When you share, email or export a PDF, the information in that report is sent or saved using the destination you select. RGT Software Ltd does not control third-party services or recipients you choose to share reports with.
Subscriptions
SnagBoard may offer SnagBoard Pro Annual, an Apple-managed auto-renewable subscription, to enable premium features while active. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. SnagBoard may store subscription entitlement status and the latest verified expiry locally so subscribed features remain available between launches while the subscription is active.
Analytics and tracking
SnagBoard does not sell your personal information. The app is not designed to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. If this changes in a future version, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated.
Support emails
If you contact RGT Software Ltd for support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use support correspondence only to respond to your enquiry and improve support.
Data deletion
You can delete projects and related app data within SnagBoard where the app provides deletion controls. You can also remove the app from your device. iCloud-synced data may also be managed through Apple’s iCloud settings.
Children’s privacy
SnagBoard is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

This SnagBoard privacy policy provides app-specific information. The general RGT Software Ltd Privacy Policy also applies unless this app-specific policy says otherwise.
Changes to this policy
RGT Software Ltd may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
