Overview
Survey Snap Pro is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how Survey Snap Pro handles information when you create property and site surveys, add photos, notes, documents, measurements, checklists, signatures and company details, and produce PDF reports.
Information you enter into the app
Survey Snap Pro may process the information you choose to add to a survey, including client details, property or site details, survey references, inspection dates, condition notes, issue details, recommendations, measurements, checklist items, photos, imported documents, company profile details, logos and signatures.
Storage and iCloud sync
Survey Snap Pro stores your surveys, photos, notes, documents and signatures on your device and can sync them using your own iCloud account where supported and enabled. RGT Software Ltd does not operate a server or cloud storage service for this data.
When iCloud sync is available and enabled, supported app data may be stored in Apple iCloud or CloudKit so it can be available across Apple devices signed in to the same Apple Account. iCloud data is handled by Apple under Apple's iCloud terms and privacy practices.
Photos, documents and signatures
When you add photos, documents, logos or signatures to Survey Snap Pro, the app stores those items as part of your survey data so they can appear in the app and in generated PDF reports.
PDF reports and sharing
Survey Snap Pro can generate PDF reports from the data you choose to include. When you share, email, print, save or export a PDF, the information in that report is sent or saved using the destination you select. RGT Software Ltd does not control third-party services or recipients you choose to share reports with.
Purchases and subscriptions
Survey Snap Pro uses App Store purchases and subscriptions for Premium features. Purchases, renewals, refunds and subscription management are processed by Apple. The app stores entitlement status on your device so purchased features remain available while active.
App data use
Survey Snap Pro uses the information you add to provide survey, report, export and support workflows. RGT Software Ltd does not sell your personal information.
Support emails
If you contact RGT Software Ltd for support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use support correspondence to respond to your enquiry and improve support.
Data deletion
You can delete surveys and related app data within Survey Snap Pro where the app provides deletion controls. You can also remove the app from your device. iCloud-synced data may also be managed through Apple's iCloud settings.

This Survey Snap Pro privacy policy provides app-specific information. The general RGT Software Ltd Privacy Policy also applies unless this app-specific policy says otherwise.
