Overview
Tank Care Ledger is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how Tank Care Ledger handles information when you create tank records, parameter logs, care events, routines, livestock records, equipment records, supply records, photos and exports.
Information you enter into the app
Tank Care Ledger may process tank names, tank details, volume, setup dates, water parameter readings, care events, routines, notes, livestock records, equipment records, supply records, optional photos and local history that you choose to enter.
On-device storage
Tank Care Ledger stores the aquarium archive locally on your device in this version. It does not require a RGT Software Ltd account and does not use a RGT Software Ltd hosted aquarium database.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Tank Care Ledger may ask iOS for notification permission so the device can present local routine reminders. RGT Software Ltd does not receive reminder contents from this local notification flow.
CSV and PDF export
When you export or share a CSV or PDF, the information included in that file is sent or saved using the destination you select. RGT Software Ltd does not control third-party services or recipients you choose to share files with.
Photos
If you add photos to care events or records, the selected image data is stored with your local Tank Care Ledger archive. Photo selection uses Apple system controls.
Analytics, tracking and ads
Tank Care Ledger is not designed to sell personal information, show ads, track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, or publish a social aquarium profile.
Support emails
If you contact support, your email address and the information you include in your message will be used to respond to your enquiry.
Data deletion
You can delete or archive records in the app where controls are available, reset the local archive, export records before removal, or remove the app from your device. Support emails can be deleted on request, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
RGT Software Ltd Privacy Policy
This Tank Care Ledger privacy policy provides app-specific information. The general RGT Software Ltd Privacy Policy also applies unless this app-specific policy says otherwise.
