Overview
TradeCalc Studio is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how TradeCalc Studio handles information when you use calculators, create saved job worksheets, add notes and produce PDF summaries.
Information you enter into the app
TradeCalc Studio may process calculation inputs, measurement values, job names, notes, worksheet details, client or project references that you choose to enter, and generated PDF output.
On-device storage
TradeCalc Studio stores worksheets and app data on your device by default. Optional iCloud sync can mirror supported data through your own Apple iCloud account and is handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy practices.
PDF export and sharing
When you export or share a worksheet or PDF, the information included in that file is sent or saved using the destination you select. RGT Software Ltd does not control third-party services or recipients you choose to share files with.
Purchases
TradeCalc Studio offers TradeCalc Studio Pro as monthly and annual App Store subscriptions. Purchases, refunds and subscription management are processed by Apple. The app may store entitlement status on your device so Pro features remain available.
Analytics, tracking and ads
TradeCalc Studio is not designed to sell personal information or track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Support emails
If you contact support, your email address and the information you include in your message will be used to respond to your enquiry.
Data deletion
You can delete saved worksheets in the app where deletion controls are available, or remove the app from your device. Support emails can be deleted on request, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

This TradeCalc Studio privacy policy provides app-specific information. The general RGT Software Ltd Privacy Policy also applies unless this app-specific policy says otherwise.
