How to request deletion of personal information handled by RGT Software Ltd apps or services.

Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal information by emailing support@RGTSoftware.com.

Please include the app or service name, the email address or account details associated with your request if applicable, and a short description of what you would like deleted.

ReleaseBook Data

ReleaseBook release records, reference photos and exported files are primarily stored on your device. You can edit or delete projects, release records, photos and signatures in the app where deletion controls are available, or remove the app from your device.

ClaimBook Home Data

ClaimBook Home records, photos, receipts, documents and exported dossier files are primarily stored on your device. You can delete homes, rooms, items and evidence in the app where deletion controls are available, or remove the app from your device.

SnagBoard Data

SnagBoard data is primarily stored on your device and, where synchronization is enabled, may be stored using Apple iCloud or CloudKit. You can delete projects and related data within the app where deletion controls are available. iCloud-synced data may also be managed through Apple iCloud settings.

Contractor Handover Pro Data

Contractor Handover Pro projects, photos, documents, signatures, company profile details and generated handover packs are stored locally on your device by default and may sync through your private Apple iCloud account when iCloud Backup & Sync is enabled. You can delete projects and related data in the app where deletion controls are available, delete exported files from their destinations, manage iCloud data through Apple settings, or remove the app from your device.

GoldenPlan PRO Data

GoldenPlan PRO saved plans, places, notes and selected reference images are primarily stored on your device and may sync through your own Apple iCloud account where enabled. You can delete saved plans in the app, manage iCloud data through Apple settings, or remove the app from your device.

TradeCalc Studio Data

TradeCalc Studio data is primarily stored on your device. You can delete saved worksheets in the app where deletion controls are available, or remove the app from your device.

Van Ledger Data

Van Ledger vehicle records, trip logs, maintenance records, costs, report identity details and exported files are primarily stored on your device. You can delete records in the app where deletion controls are available, delete exported files from their saved destinations, or remove the app from your device.

Detail Ledger Data

Detail Ledger app data is primarily stored on your device unless the app-specific privacy policy says otherwise. You can delete app data in the app where deletion controls are available, or remove the app from your device.

Hive Foreman Data

Hive Foreman apiary records, hive notes, inspection logs, tasks, harvest entries, business profile details and shared summaries are primarily stored on your device. You can delete records in the app where deletion controls are available, delete exported files from their destinations, or remove the app from your device.

Pane Planner Data

Pane Planner rounds, customers, visits, proof photos, invoices and exports are primarily stored on your device and may sync through your own Apple iCloud account where private iCloud sync is enabled. You can delete records in the app where deletion controls are available, manage iCloud data through Apple settings, or remove the app from your device.

CellarKeep Data

CellarKeep cellar records, storage locations, bottle details, notes, photos and exported files are primarily stored on your device. You can delete bottle records or reset the local archive in the app where controls are available, export records before removal, or remove the app from your device.

Tank Care Ledger Data

Tank Care Ledger tank records, parameter logs, care events, routines, livestock, equipment, supplies, photos and exported files are primarily stored on your device. You can delete or archive records in the app where controls are available, reset the local archive, or remove the app from your device.

QuietScribe Data

QuietScribe recordings, imported audio, transcripts, generated outputs and exported files are primarily stored on your device. You can delete captures in the app where controls are available, delete exported files from their destinations, or remove the app from your device.

SecurePair Data

SecurePair profile data is primarily stored on your device or transferred locally to your Apple TV when you choose to do so. You can delete profiles in the app where available, or remove the app from your device.

Survey Snap Pro Data

Survey Snap Pro data is stored on your device and, where synchronization is enabled, may be stored using your own Apple iCloud or CloudKit account. You can delete surveys and related data within the app where deletion controls are available. iCloud-synced data may also be managed through Apple iCloud settings.

Sitting Circle Data

Sitting Circle data is primarily stored on your device and may use Apple platform services where supported. You can delete app data through in-app controls where available, leave groups where supported, or remove the app from your device.

Retention

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.
