Use of the app
ClaimBook Home is provided by RGT Software Ltd to help users create a private household inventory, keep supporting evidence, and export selected documentation files. You are responsible for checking that any record, value, note, attachment, or export is accurate and suitable for your intended use.
Documentation support only
ClaimBook Home is a productivity and documentation tool. It does not provide insurance, legal, valuation, financial, safety, security, or professional advice. Generated dossiers and exported files do not guarantee claim approval, insurer acceptance, reimbursement, legal proof, or valuation accuracy.
Purchases and paid features
ClaimBook Home may offer free and paid features, including higher inventory limits and PDF or CSV dossier export. Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store and may be subject to Apple's terms.
Your content
You are responsible for home names, room names, item records, photos, receipts, documents, notes, values, dossier exports, and other content you create, store, export, or share using ClaimBook Home. You should ensure you have the right to use and share any information or files you add to the app.
Availability and accuracy
RGT Software Ltd aims to keep ClaimBook Home reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device configuration, purchase availability, share destination availability, or accuracy of user-entered records and estimates.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of ClaimBook Home or reliance on inventory records, evidence, or dossier exports. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These app-specific terms apply alongside the general RGT Software Ltd Terms of Use. If they conflict, these app-specific terms apply to ClaimBook Home.
