Use of the app
Contractor Handover Pro is provided by RGT Software Ltd to help users create contractor handover records and PDF handover packs. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of the information you enter into the app and include in reports.
No professional advice
Contractor Handover Pro is a reporting and organisation tool. It does not provide legal, building, surveying, engineering, electrical, plumbing, safety or compliance advice. You should use your own judgement and, where appropriate, seek professional advice from a qualified person.
Purchases and subscriptions
Contractor Handover Pro may provide a free mode with limited project and export functionality. App Store subscriptions may unlock unlimited active handovers, final PDF export, sharing, printing, email and private iCloud Backup & Sync. Subscription terms, renewal information, cancellation options and current prices are shown by Apple before purchase and are managed through your Apple Account.
Your content
You retain responsibility for projects, photos, documents, notes, test results, company details, logos, signatures and reports you create using Contractor Handover Pro. You should ensure you have the right to use and share any content you add to the app. If you enable iCloud Backup & Sync, supported app data may be stored in your private Apple iCloud account.
Availability
RGT Software Ltd aims to keep Contractor Handover Pro reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful third-party share destinations, iCloud availability, App Store purchase services, or compatibility with every device configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of Contractor Handover Pro. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
