Use of the app
Detail Ledger is provided by RGT Software Ltd to help users keep car detailing vehicle records, estimates, job cards, checklist progress, condition evidence, care notes, follow-up reminders, package templates, local backups and local handover PDFs. You are responsible for the information you enter and how you use exported records.
No professional, legal or compliance advice
Detail Ledger is a record-keeping and handover tool. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, insurance, employment, vehicle safety, paint-correction, chemical-use or other professional advice. Records, checklists, notes and exports are based on information you enter.
Customer and vehicle information
You are responsible for collecting, storing, sharing and deleting customer, vehicle and photo information lawfully and appropriately for your business or personal use.
Purchases
Detail Ledger Pro uses App Store-managed subscriptions for digital feature unlocks. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds and subscription management are handled by Apple and may be subject to Apple's terms.
Your content
You are responsible for vehicle details, customer details, estimate details, job notes, photos, package templates, reminders, business profile details, backup files, exported files and other content you create, import or share using Detail Ledger. You should ensure you have the right to use and share any information you add to the app.
Availability and accuracy
RGT Software Ltd aims to keep Detail Ledger reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device configuration or that user-entered records remain accurate without review.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of Detail Ledger or reliance on exported records. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These app-specific terms apply alongside the general RGT Software Ltd Terms of Use. If they conflict, these app-specific terms apply to Detail Ledger.
