Using GoldenPlan
GoldenPlan: Sun & Golden Hour is provided by RGT Software Ltd to help you plan likely natural light, useful light events, sun direction and shadows for a chosen place, date and time. You are responsible for checking that a plan is suitable for your intended visit or work.
Planning estimates
GoldenPlan provides planning guidance. It is not a safety, surveying, navigation, engineering, weather, horticultural, photography or solar-compliance service. Shadow estimates assume level ground and one vertical object. Buildings, trees, hills, temporary obstructions, weather, map data, time-zone settings and local conditions can change what you see on site.
Your content
You are responsible for plan names, saved places, notes, selected photos, business details, exported files and other content you create or share. Make sure you have the right to use and share that information.
Reminders, Calendar and shared files
Reminders depend on device settings and are not guaranteed to arrive. You decide whether to add a prepared event in Apple's Calendar sheet. Files and events created outside GoldenPlan are separate copies and must be managed in the destination app or service.
Full Access purchases
GoldenPlan offers optional Full Access subscriptions through the App Store. Apple displays the current terms before purchase and handles billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds through your Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account when you need Apple to check an earlier purchase.
Storage and availability
GoldenPlan works from local app data and can use private iCloud continuity for supported Full Access information when iCloud is available and enabled. RGT Software Ltd cannot guarantee uninterrupted iCloud, map, notification, Calendar, App Store or device-service availability.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of GoldenPlan or reliance on a planning estimate. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Other terms
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app: Apple Standard EULA.
These app-specific terms apply alongside the general RGT Software Ltd Terms of Use. If they conflict, these app-specific terms apply to GoldenPlan.
