Use of the app
GoldenPlan PRO is provided by RGT Software Ltd to help users plan outdoor light, sun direction, shadow expectations, saved places, one included free saved plan and optional Full Access exports on iPhone. You are responsible for checking that any plan, location, time, compass reading and output is suitable for your intended use.
Planning estimates only
GoldenPlan PRO is a planning and productivity tool. It does not provide surveying, engineering, safety, legal, construction, navigation, weather, astronomical, photography, horticultural or other professional advice. Sun, shadow and compass information may be affected by device sensors, map data, terrain, structures, weather, time zone settings and local conditions.
Purchases and paid features
GoldenPlan PRO is available as a free App Store download with optional GoldenPlan PRO Full Access monthly and annual subscriptions. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds and billing are handled by Apple through your Apple Account and may be subject to Apple's terms.
Your content
You are responsible for plan names, saved places, notes, map positions, selected reference images, exported information and other content you create or share using GoldenPlan PRO. You should ensure you have the right to use and share any information you add to the app.
Availability and accuracy
RGT Software Ltd aims to keep GoldenPlan PRO reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, iCloud sync performance, compatibility with every device configuration, or accuracy for every location, date, sensor state, map condition or site environment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of GoldenPlan PRO or reliance on planning outputs. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Other terms
These app-specific terms apply alongside the general RGT Software Ltd Terms of Use. If they conflict, these app-specific terms apply to GoldenPlan PRO.
