Use of the app
ReleaseBook is provided by RGT Software Ltd to help users create project release records, capture signer and witness details, attach optional reference photos, record signatures, and export PDF documentation files. You are responsible for checking that any record, wording, signature, note, photo, or export is accurate and suitable for your intended use.
Documentation support only
ReleaseBook is a productivity and documentation tool. It does not provide legal, professional, production, consent-management, safety, financial, or business advice. Release templates and exported files do not guarantee legal enforceability, client acceptance, stock-platform acceptance, permission validity, or any particular outcome.
Purchases
App purchases, refunds, billing, availability, and App Store account handling are managed by Apple and may be subject to Apple's terms.
Your content
You are responsible for project names, signer details, release wording, witness and guardian details, signatures, reference photos, notes, PDF exports, and other content you create, store, export, or share using ReleaseBook. You should ensure you have the right to collect, use, store, and share any information or files you add to the app.
Availability and accuracy
RGT Software Ltd aims to keep ReleaseBook reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device configuration, share destination availability, or accuracy of user-entered records and wording.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of ReleaseBook or reliance on release records, signatures, templates, photos, or PDF exports. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These app-specific terms apply alongside the general RGT Software Ltd Terms of Use. If they conflict, these app-specific terms apply to ReleaseBook.
