Use of the app
Sitting Circle is provided by RGT Software Ltd to help trusted families, friends and parent groups coordinate babysitting requests, bookings and fixed token balances in private invite-only groups.
No childcare service
Sitting Circle is an organisation and coordination tool. RGT Software Ltd does not provide childcare, vet carers, supervise bookings, verify identities, check qualifications, perform background checks or guarantee the safety, suitability or availability of any group member.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding who to invite, accept, trust and coordinate with, and for making safe and lawful arrangements outside the app. You should follow applicable childcare, safeguarding, insurance, tax and local rules where relevant.
Tokens and bookings
Tokens in Sitting Circle are intended as an in-app coordination balance for trusted private groups. They are not money, stored value, currency, payment instruments or a guarantee that any group member will accept or complete a booking.
Purchase model
Sitting Circle is intended to be sold through a one-time paid App Store App Bundle that includes the iPhone app and native iPad companion. Because Apple requires apps in a bundle to remain available for individual download, the individual app records may also be listed. Sitting Circle has no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no paid tokens.
Your content
You are responsible for group names, member details, requests, bookings, notes, token records and other information you create or share using Sitting Circle. You should only add information you are comfortable sharing with the relevant private group.
Availability
RGT Software Ltd aims to keep Sitting Circle reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, notification delivery, sync performance, compatibility with every device configuration or that every group arrangement will be completed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of Sitting Circle, missed notifications, group arrangements, bookings or offline interactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Other terms
These app-specific terms apply alongside the general RGT Software Ltd Terms of Use. If they conflict, these app-specific terms apply to Sitting Circle.
