Use of the app
Survey Snap Pro is provided by RGT Software Ltd to help users capture property and site survey information, add photos, notes, documents and signatures, and export branded PDF reports. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of the information you enter into the app and include in reports.
No professional advice
Survey Snap Pro is a survey capture and reporting tool. It does not provide legal, building, surveying, engineering, valuation, insurance, safety or other professional advice. You should use your own judgement and seek professional advice where appropriate.
Purchases and subscriptions
Survey Snap Pro uses App Store subscriptions for Premium features, including final report export, branding, sync and advanced survey tools. Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, refunds and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store and may be subject to Apple's terms.
Your content
You retain responsibility for surveys, photos, notes, documents, signatures, company details, logos, PDF reports and other content you create, store, export or share using Survey Snap Pro. You should ensure you have the right to use and share any content you add to the app.
Sharing reports
When you export or share a PDF report, you are responsible for reviewing the report before sending it and for choosing appropriate recipients and destinations. RGT Software Ltd does not control third-party services or people you choose to share reports with.
Availability
RGT Software Ltd aims to keep Survey Snap Pro reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, iCloud sync performance, PDF rendering on every device, or compatibility with every device and operating system configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of Survey Snap Pro or reliance on exported surveys or reports. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Other terms
These app-specific terms apply alongside the general RGT Software Ltd Terms of Use. If they conflict, these app-specific terms apply to Survey Snap Pro.
