TradeCalc Studio is a productivity and calculation tool. It does not provide legal, building, surveying, engineering, safety, tax, pricing or professional advice. You should verify results independently and seek professional advice where appropriate before relying on calculations for work, quotes, safety decisions or compliance.
Purchases and paid features
TradeCalc Studio includes free features and TradeCalc Studio Pro subscription features. Pro is subscription-only with monthly and annual options. Purchases, renewals, refunds, cancellation and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store and may be subject to Apple's terms.
Your content
You are responsible for worksheets, project names, notes, measurements, exported PDFs and other content you create or share using TradeCalc Studio. You should ensure you have the right to use and share any information you add to the app.
Availability and accuracy
RGT Software Ltd aims to keep TradeCalc Studio reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device configuration or that every calculation will match every regional standard, supplier specification or site condition.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of TradeCalc Studio or reliance on exported calculations or worksheets. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
