Use of the app
SecurePair is provided by RGT Software Ltd to help users import, validate and transfer WireGuard VPN profiles to their own Apple TV using a companion iPhone or iPad app. SecurePair is a setup and transfer tool and does not provide a VPN service.
Your VPN provider and profile
You are responsible for obtaining a lawful and working WireGuard profile from your chosen VPN provider or administrator. RGT Software Ltd is not responsible for the availability, speed, security, privacy practices, logging policy or legality of any third-party VPN provider or network service.
Local transfer and security
SecurePair may transfer VPN profile information across your local network between your own devices. You are responsible for using trusted devices and networks, keeping profile files and private keys secure, and removing profiles from devices when they are no longer needed.
No guarantee of connectivity
VPN connectivity can depend on your provider, router, DNS settings, Apple TV software, network restrictions and regional rules. RGT Software Ltd cannot guarantee that a profile will connect, remain connected or allow access to any particular website, service or region.
Purchases and paid features
SecurePair may offer free and paid features. Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, refunds and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store and may be subject to Apple's terms.
Availability
RGT Software Ltd aims to keep SecurePair reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every WireGuard profile, Apple TV model, network configuration or operating system version.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of SecurePair, VPN profile transfer, connection failure, provider behavior or network configuration. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Other terms
These app-specific terms apply alongside the general RGT Software Ltd Terms of Use. If they conflict, these app-specific terms apply to SecurePair.
