Email support@RGTSoftware.com. Include "Survey Snap Pro" in the subject line, your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and a short description of the issue.
Common checks
- Make sure you are running the latest installed version of Survey Snap Pro from the App Store.
- Check that iCloud is enabled on your device if you expect surveys to sync across your iPhone and iPad.
- Confirm you are signed in to the same Apple Account on each device.
- If PDF export is unavailable, check your Premium entitlement or subscription status and try Restore Purchases in the app.
- If photos, documents or signatures are missing from a report, reopen the survey and confirm the items are attached to the correct survey or area.
