Use of the app
QuietScribe is provided by RGT Software Ltd to help users record or import audio, play it back, transcribe it with Apple Speech Recognition, create structured text outputs and export selected content. You are responsible for the information you record, import, transcribe, generate, export and share.
Permission and lawful recording
You are responsible for following laws, workplace rules and consent requirements that apply to recording conversations or processing audio in your location and context. Do not use QuietScribe to record, transcribe or share content you are not allowed to capture or use.
Transcription and generated output
Transcripts and generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your intended use. Review important audio, transcripts, summaries, action lists, email text and journal-style notes before relying on them or sharing them.
No professional advice
QuietScribe is a productivity and note-taking tool. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, compliance or other professional advice. Generated notes should not be treated as a substitute for qualified advice or your own review.
Apple services and availability
Speech recognition availability, language support and recognition quality depend on Apple Speech Recognition, device support, operating system version, language, audio quality and network conditions where applicable.
Purchases
QuietScribe Pro is designed to use App Store subscriptions where available. App Store purchases, refunds and account billing are handled by Apple and may be subject to Apple's terms.
Your content
You are responsible for recordings, imported files, transcripts, generated outputs and exported files you create or share using QuietScribe. You should ensure you have the right to use and share any content you add to the app.
Availability and accuracy
RGT Software Ltd aims to keep QuietScribe reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device configuration, perfect transcription accuracy or that generated output will meet every use case.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of QuietScribe, transcription errors, generated outputs or exported content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These app-specific terms apply alongside the general RGT Software Ltd Terms of Use. If they conflict, these app-specific terms apply to QuietScribe.
