Email support@RGTSoftware.com. Include "ClaimBook Home" in the subject line, your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.
Common checks
- Make sure you are running the latest version of ClaimBook Home when it becomes available from the App Store.
- If a room or item is missing, check that you are viewing the intended home record in the app.
- If photo import does not appear, check Photos permission in iOS Settings and try adding the item again.
- If a receipt or document does not import, confirm the file is available in Files or another document provider on your iPhone.
- If export is locked, open Settings in the app, check your premium status, and use Restore Purchases after App Store products are available.
If Private iCloud needs attention
- Open ClaimBook Home Settings and read the Private iCloud status before changing anything.
- Check that each device has an internet connection and is signed in to the intended Apple Account.
- If changes are waiting, leave the app installed and connected. ClaimBook Home will try again automatically, or you can choose Sync Now.
- If the app reports a conflict, review the local and iCloud details before choosing which copy to keep.
- If the Apple Account has changed, use the review action in Settings. ClaimBook Home does not copy or delete the previous account's cloud library automatically.
Pausing or turning off Private iCloud does not delete your local library. Existing private iCloud copies remain until you use the separate deletion choice and the app confirms completion.
Documents and exports
ClaimBook Home can generate PDF and CSV dossier files from selected rooms and items. These files are documentation support only. They do not guarantee an insurance, legal, valuation, or reimbursement outcome.
Privacy
ClaimBook Home stores records on your device first and can optionally keep supported records and original files in your private Apple iCloud account. Read the ClaimBook Home Privacy Policy for details about local storage, Private iCloud, evidence attachments, exports, purchases and support requests.
