Email support@RGTSoftware.com. Include "ClaimBook Home" in the subject line, your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.
Common checks
- Make sure you are running the latest version of ClaimBook Home when it becomes available from the App Store.
- If a room or item is missing, check that you are viewing the current local home record in the app.
- If photo import does not appear, check Photos permission in iOS Settings and try adding the item again.
- If a receipt or document does not import, confirm the file is available in Files or another document provider on your iPhone.
- If export is locked, open Settings in the app, check your premium status, and use Restore Purchases after App Store products are available.
Documents and exports
ClaimBook Home can generate PDF and CSV dossier files from selected rooms and items. These files are documentation support only. They do not guarantee an insurance, legal, valuation, or reimbursement outcome.
