Common checks

  • Confirm you are using the latest available version of Contractor Handover Pro.
  • If you cannot create another active project, check whether your subscription is active.
  • If final PDF export is unavailable, use Restore Purchases if you already subscribe.
  • If iCloud Backup & Sync is unavailable, confirm you are signed in to iCloud on the device and iCloud Drive is available.
  • If photos or documents do not import, confirm the selected file or photo is available locally on the device.

Purchases and restore

Contractor Handover Pro uses App Store subscriptions to unlock unlimited active handovers, final PDF export, sharing, printing, email and private iCloud Backup & Sync. Purchase terms are shown by Apple before confirmation. If you already subscribe, use the restore purchase option in the app where available.

Refunds

App Store purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple. Please use Apple's official purchase support flow from your Apple Account purchase history.
