Support information for the GoldenPlan PRO iPhone app.

Contact support

Email support@RGTSoftware.com. Include "GoldenPlan PRO" in the subject line, your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

Common checks

  • Use the latest installed version of GoldenPlan PRO.
  • If the free saved plan is already used, open Saved to reopen it or use Full Access for more saved plans and plan management.
  • If saved plans are missing across devices, check that Full Access is active, iCloud is available on your device, and you are using the same Apple Account where iCloud sync is enabled. The app should still work locally when iCloud is unavailable.
  • If current location is unavailable, check Location Services and the app's location permission in iOS Settings.
  • If compass-style guidance looks unexpected, confirm the selected place, date and time, then compare the map and bearing summary before using the plan on site.
  • If an exported PDF or image is unavailable, check Full Access status and Restore Purchases. If export/share fails while unlocked, reopen the saved plan, check the plan has a name and location, then use the iOS share sheet to choose a destination.

Planning workflow

Use Places to search for a location, choose current location, or drop a manual pin. In Plan, set the date and time, review map and compass guidance, add optional notes, then save the included free plan. Full Access unlocks more saved plans, selected reference images, PDF/image export, business details and private iCloud continuity when available.

Purchases and restore

GoldenPlan PRO is distributed through the App Store. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple Account purchase history.
