Common checks

  • If a hive cannot be saved, check that an apiary is selected and the hive code is not empty.
  • If an inspection summary looks out of date, open the hive and confirm the latest inspection was saved against the expected apiary and hive.
  • If an export is missing after sharing, check the destination app or folder selected in the iOS share sheet.
  • If Pro features should already be active, use Restore Purchases in Settings.

Purchases and restore

Hive Foreman Pro uses monthly and annual App Store subscriptions. Purchases, subscription management, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Use Restore Purchases in the app if Pro features should already be unlocked.
