Email support@RGTSoftware.com. Include "Pane Planner" in the subject line, your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

User guide

Common checks

  • If a customer is not due when expected, open the customer, choose Edit, and check the next due date and repeat interval.
  • If proof photos, invoice PDFs or CSV exports are unavailable, confirm Pane Planner Pro is active and use Restore Purchases in Settings.
  • If private iCloud sync is enabled, confirm iCloud Drive is available and that you are signed in with the same Apple Account on each device.
  • If a PDF or CSV file is missing after sharing, check the destination app or folder you selected in the iOS share sheet.

Purchases and restore

Pane Planner Pro is subscription-only with monthly and annual options. Purchases, subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Use Restore Purchases in the app if Pro features should already be unlocked.
