Support information for the SecurePair iPhone, iPad and Apple TV app.

Email support@RGTSoftware.com. Include "SecurePair" in the subject line, your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV model, OS versions, and whether the issue is profile import, validation, pairing, transfer or VPN connection.

Common checks

  • Make sure your iPhone or iPad and Apple TV are on the same local network.
  • Confirm the Secure Pair TV app is open when pairing or transferring a profile.
  • Check Local Network permission for the companion app if Apple TV discovery fails.
  • Confirm the WireGuard profile works with your VPN provider and does not include unsupported options.
  • Do not email private keys or full profiles unless specifically requested and you are comfortable sharing them.

Apple TV pairing

Use the Apple TV app as the receiver, then follow the pairing code or local transfer flow shown by the app. Restart both apps and retry if a paired device stops appearing.
