Compatibility
Simply Focus is designed for iPhone and requires iOS 26 or later. It can limit app and website categories during a focus session.
If a session cannot start
Follow the guidance shown in Simply Focus. If the app directs you to Open Settings, review its system access before starting another session.
During a focus session
The countdown, shrinking progress ring and Stop now action remain visible. Some system apps and platform exceptions may remain available. Notification alerts may not appear while apps are blocked, and Simply Focus cannot collect or replay them.
Ending a session
Use Stop now to end early. When a session stops or completes, Simply Focus clears its shielding and monitoring. Check Notification Centre after the session for anything you may have missed.
