Email support@rgtsoftware.com. Include "Sitting Circle" in the subject line, your iPhone or iPad model, iOS/iPadOS version, app version, and whether the issue is groups, invitations, requests, bookings, tokens, iCloud sync or notifications.
Common checks
- Confirm all group members are using the latest version of Sitting Circle from the App Store when it is available.
- Check notification permissions if alerts do not appear.
- Confirm the iPhone and iPad are signed in to the expected Apple Account if iCloud sync or shared group data is enabled.
- If invitations are missing, ask the sender to resend and check whether the group is still active.
- If token balances look wrong, include the group name, booking or request involved, and expected balance.
Purchases
The intended App Store purchase path is the paid Sitting Circle App Bundle, which includes the iPhone app and native iPad companion. App Store purchase, billing and refund questions are handled through Apple.
Private groups
Sitting Circle is intended for trusted invite-only groups. Support can help troubleshoot app behavior, but RGT Software Ltd cannot verify offline arrangements between group members.
