Email support@RGTSoftware.com. Include "SnagBoard" in the subject line, your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and a short description of the problem.

Common checks

  • Make sure you are running the latest version of SnagBoard from the App Store.
  • Check that iCloud is enabled on your device if you expect projects to sync across devices.
  • Confirm you are signed in to the same Apple Account on each device.
  • If PDF export is unavailable, check that SnagBoard Pro Annual is active in Settings.

Subscriptions and restore

SnagBoard uses an Apple-managed annual subscription, SnagBoard Pro Annual, to enable unlimited projects and PDF export while the subscription is active. If you already subscribed, use Restore Subscription in the app. Billing, cancellation, renewal and refund requests are handled by Apple through your Apple Account.

Refunds

App Store subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple. Please use Apple's official purchase support flow from your Apple Account purchase history.
