Common checks
- Make sure you are running the latest version of TradeCalc Studio.
- If saved worksheets are missing, check the app's storage or sync settings and confirm you are using the same Apple Account where iCloud sync is enabled.
- If PDF export or Pro features are unavailable, confirm your subscription status and use Restore Purchases in the app.
- If a calculation result looks unexpected, include the calculator name, units selected, input values and expected result when contacting support.
Purchases and restore
TradeCalc Studio Pro is subscription-only with monthly and annual options. Purchases, subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Use Restore Purchases in the app if Pro features should already be unlocked.
