Common checks
- If a trip cannot be saved, check that a vehicle is selected and that the distance or odometer pair is valid.
- If a maintenance or cost record is missing from a vehicle summary, confirm it was saved against the expected vehicle.
- If a PDF or CSV file is missing after sharing, check the destination app or folder selected in the iOS share sheet.
- If Pro features should already be active, use Restore Purchases in Settings.
Purchases and restore
Van Ledger Pro uses monthly and annual App Store subscriptions. Purchases, subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Use Restore Purchases in the app if Pro features should already be unlocked.
