About these terms
These terms apply to Van Ledger, an app provided by RGT Software Ltd. By using Van Ledger, you agree to use it responsibly and only where it is suitable for your work.
Purpose of the app
Van Ledger helps you organise user-entered van records, manual mileage logs, maintenance history, costs and local exports. It is a record-keeping and administration tool. You remain responsible for checking records, tax treatment, accounting, insurance, vehicle compliance, business reporting and any legal or professional obligations that apply to your work.
Subscriptions
Van Ledger Pro unlocks expanded capacity and Pro features through monthly and annual App Store subscriptions. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store and your Apple Account settings.
No accounting, tax or fleet tracking service
Van Ledger does not provide accounting, tax, legal, compliance, payroll, fleet-management, live tracking or reimbursement advice. It does not guarantee that a record will be accepted by an accountant, customer, tax authority, insurer or regulator.
Your records and exports
You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking PDF or CSV files before saving or sharing them. Do not include private, sensitive or third-party information unless you have the right to store and share it.
Availability and changes
RGT Software Ltd may update Van Ledger to improve reliability, compatibility, security, features or compliance. App availability and subscription features may depend on the App Store, iOS, device compatibility and services operated by Apple.
