About these terms
These terms apply to Hive Foreman, an app provided by RGT Software Ltd. By using Hive Foreman, you agree to use it responsibly and only where it is suitable for your work.
Purpose of the app
Hive Foreman helps you organise user-entered apiary records, hive histories, inspections, task follow-up, harvest notes, and local exports. It is a record-keeping and operations tool. You remain responsible for checking records, husbandry decisions, food-production requirements, commercial obligations, and any legal or professional duties that apply to your work.
Subscriptions
Hive Foreman Pro unlocks expanded capacity and Pro features through monthly and annual App Store subscriptions. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store and your Apple Account settings.
No veterinary, safety, or compliance advice
Hive Foreman does not provide veterinary, legal, compliance, food-safety, accounting, or regulatory advice. It does not guarantee that a record will be accepted by a buyer, inspector, accountant, insurer, or regulator.
Your records and exports
You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking exported summaries before saving or sharing them. Do not include private, sensitive, or third-party information unless you have the right to store and share it.
Availability and changes
RGT Software Ltd may update Hive Foreman to improve reliability, compatibility, security, features, or compliance. App availability and subscription features may depend on the App Store, iOS, device compatibility, and services operated by Apple.
