About this policy
Silkborne is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This policy explains how the game handles your information.
Garden progress and settings
Silkborne saves completed gardens, pollen results, personal bests and your preferences on your device. You do not need an account to play. RGT Software Ltd does not receive these game records.
Backups you choose to share
You can export a progress backup and save it to a location you choose. If you choose iCloud Drive or another file service, that provider handles the saved copy under its own terms. Import reads the file you select and combines eligible garden results with your saved progress. Copies you save or share elsewhere remain separate from the app.
Purchases and Apple services
Apple handles App Store purchases and payments. Silkborne uses Apple's purchase information to check access to the full gardens and restore previous access. RGT Software Ltd does not receive your payment-card details. If you choose to rate or review the game, Apple handles that review.
Tracking and analytics
Silkborne does not include advertising trackers or send gameplay analytics to RGT Software Ltd. Apple may provide crash reports, diagnostics or TestFlight feedback according to your Apple settings and Apple's privacy terms.
Support messages
If you contact us, we use your email address and the information in your message to answer your request. Send only what is needed to explain the problem. Do not include passwords or payment details. We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve enquiries and meet applicable legal obligations.
Removing your information
Use Reset garden progress in Your progress to clear garden results. Settings and purchase access are separate. Removing the app normally removes its local information, subject to Apple's device and backup behaviour. Delete exported backups separately from the places where you saved them. Contact us about personal information in support correspondence.
