Using Silkborne
Silkborne is a single-player entertainment game provided by RGT Software Ltd. Use it lawfully and in accordance with the terms that apply to your download from Apple.
Apple's licence terms
Unless a different licence is presented with the app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies. These notes explain the game and do not replace your rights under that agreement or applicable consumer law.
Progress and backups
Garden progress is saved on your device. Keep a backup if your results matter to you, especially before resetting progress, removing the app or changing devices. Files you export remain your responsibility. A progress backup does not include purchase access.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases. Review the details presented by Apple before confirming a purchase. Restore Purchases can check access already associated with your Apple Account. Payment, cancellation and refund questions are handled through Apple's applicable processes and your statutory rights.
Artwork and music
The game, artwork, music and other content are protected by intellectual-property rights. The app licence does not grant permission to redistribute them separately.
Support and availability
If something goes wrong, use the support page. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every future device or operating-system change. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
