About these terms
These terms apply to Pane Planner, an app provided by RGT Software Ltd. By using Pane Planner, you agree to use it responsibly and only where it is suitable for your work.
Purpose of the app
Pane Planner helps you organise window-cleaning rounds, customer records, visit notes, proof photos, due dates and local exports. It is a record-keeping and planning tool. You remain responsible for checking records, pricing, visit outcomes, customer communication, site safety, tax, accounting and any legal or professional obligations that apply to your work.
Subscriptions
Pane Planner Pro unlocks expanded customer and round capacity, proof photos, invoice PDF export and CSV export. Pro is offered as monthly and annual App Store subscriptions. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store and your Apple Account settings.
No payment processing
Pane Planner may place payment-instruction text you enter onto generated invoice PDFs. It does not process payments, initiate bank transfers, collect card details, provide accounting services or guarantee that an invoice will be paid.
Your records and exports
You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking PDF or CSV files before sharing them. Do not include private, sensitive or third-party information unless you have the right to store and share it.
Availability and changes
RGT Software Ltd may update Pane Planner to improve reliability, compatibility, security, features or compliance. App availability and subscription features may depend on the App Store, iOS, device compatibility and services operated by Apple.
